If you're looking for a personalised and bespoke travel experience, a customised tour is the perfect option for you. You'll have the opportunity to explore monuments, museums and other points of interest based on your preferences. You can choose the language, date, time and number of participants that suit you best.

To enquire about bespoke tour options, simply email me with the name of the contact person, the places you'd like to visit and your telephone number. We will work together to understand your needs and provide you with a quote.

Once you have accepted the quote, we will arrange the details of
your visit. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, ensuring transparency and traceability of payments. You will receive a regular electronic invoice.

1.Terms and conditions govern the sales relationship between the site owner and the buyer.
2. The owner of the site is Zacharczyk Hanna, via Croix-de-Ville, 64, 11100 Aosta, VAT number IT01256640077. Changes to the above terms and conditions may be made by the owner of the site www.guide-aostavalley.com.
3. Guided tours shall be conducted by the licensed tourist guide in the languages for which she is qualified. Tours shall be booked on the website of the tour guide. After the quote has been accepted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with all the details.
4. You have the right to cancel your booking free of charge up to a maximum of 14 days before the date of the tour. From 13 days to 3 days before the visit you will be required to pay 80% of the quoted fee. From 48 hours prior to the visit, there is no refund. Cancellation must be notified by e-mail to: info@guide-aostavalley.com. Any refund will be made by the same means used by the customer.
5. Payment for the visit can be made by pos, bank transfer or paypal.
6. The service may be cancelled by the tour guide for the following reasons: adverse conditions, unforeseen closure of the site, illness of the guide. All persons taking part in the visit will be promptly notified by email and telephone. Refunds will be made immediately.
7. The guide reserves the right not to be photographed or filmed.
8. The photographs on the website are the property of Hanna Zacharczyk.
9. Visits will be conducted in accordance with the anti-Covid-19 protocols.
